As an experienced Doula, I will be there to teach and guide you and your support team. I will provide a hands on class to encourage you to feel better prepared for labor. With this popular class for expecting mothers and their partners, I will guide you through the laboring process, and how you can harness your own strength to make it as easy and safe as possible. Monthly Meet Ups
The focus is to create a safe place where parents can come with questions and stories and build a sense of community.
Topics will rotate and will include birth stories, breastfeeding, parenting styles, postpartum anxiety , mindfulness, self-care, communication building, etc.

For Pregnant individuals, expecting couples, and parents alike (bringing your children is welcome and encouraged)
Bi-Weekly Meet Ups designed to foster and encourage friendships and mentor relationships around pregnancy, birth, and parenting. Locations will vary. My children will be with me. We walk at a slow pace and take many bathroom breaks. Bring your own water and snacks

Informed and Mindful Birthing Education
Childbirth Education classes are back on the rise for a very good reason. Labor is not a great time to start learning the ropes and making major decisions. It is terribly difficult to focus and to learn and to think through your options when you’re uncomfortable or in pain. Because of the rising cost, hospitals are cutting back on Maternity Wards which means less nurses with time to help and instruct laboring couples. Obstetrics has the biggest gap between what we know from evidence based studies and what is done on a routine basis. Come to class and learn what you need to know to narrow the gap!
